Connections NW is proud to announce our official launch into the Portland Metro area, expanding our mission to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families right here in the community.

At Connections NW, we provide attendant care and person-centered services designed around the unique needs and goals of each individual we serve. Our approach puts customers and families at the center of every decision, because we believe everyone deserves care that reflects who they are.

Activities include pickleball, bocce ball, giant Jenga, Connect Four, and more. Refreshments will be provided.
